Romance was not part of Nora Grey's plan. She's never been particularly attracted to the boys at her school, no matter how hard her best friend, Vee, pushes them at her. Not until Patch comes along. With his easy smile and eyes that seem to see inside her, Patch draws Nora to him against her better judgment.
But after a series of terrifying encounters, Nora's not sure whom to trust. Patch seems to be everywhere she is and seems to know more about her than her closest friends. She can't decide whether she should fall into his arms or run and hide. And when she tries to seek some answers, she finds herself near a truth that is way more unsettling than anything Patch makes her feel.
For she is right in the middle of an ancient battle between the immortal and those who have fallen -- and, when it comes to choosing sides, the wrong choice will cost Nora her life.
(Note: I'm not feeling this so far. Quite disappointed with the fact that it's not living up to my admittedly high expectations.)

I take no credit for this meme, and future IMM posts wouldn't exist without them both. It should be taken note of that there might be times where I won't be writing this for every IMM post. That does not mean that I am taking credit for it. It just means that I'm just too lazy to write it down.

I've heard a lot of mixed things about hush Hush. Hopefully it gets better for you.
I did like Hush, Hush, but I know what you mean. I read the first half thinking Patch was out of line and not 'feeling' the romance. It all came good in the end as far as I'm concerned, so I hope that it goes that way for you too!
Aww, sucks that you aren't getting into it so far! But I guess it's just one of those books that people will either like or dislike. The beauty of personal opinion ;)
I had high expectations for Hush, Hush too. Well, I liked it, but I didn't love it. :)
hope it gets better for you! happy reading!
enjoy your reading this week! I have got to pick Hush Hush, nothing but good things about it
That's the problem with a bunch of good publicity - your book has to be good enough to impress the people who are expecting something awesome, not just the people surprised to find something somewhat better than the average paranormal.
had high expectations for Hush, Hush too.
Lingerie Affection
Thanks everyone. I'm going to reread it and see if it's better the second time around.
